Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (HACPL) has hiked its car prices by up to Rs. 1 million in Pakistan. The latest price in Pakistan hike includes the company’s best-sellers like Honda City, Honda City, Honda BR-V, and the newly launched Honda HR-V.

The hike in car prices by Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (HACLP) was not unexpected due to worsening economy and the Federal Government’s decision to raise the General Sales Tax (GST) from 18% to 25% on all SUVs, CUVs, and vehicles having engine capacity of 1400cc and above.

In a notification issued by the company on today, Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (HACPL) announced an increase in the price of all models, including Honda City, Honda BR-V, Honda Civic, and the newly launched Honda BR-V in Pakistan.

“Keeping in view further increase in exchange rate PKR/USD and increase in the rate of Sales Tax from 18% to 25% on 1400cc and above CKD vehicles, HACPL has to increase current prices.” the company stated in the official notification issued to its 3S Dealers.

Meanwhile, the Price of Honda BR-V in Pakistan has been increased to Rs. 6,529,000 compared to previous rate of Rs. 5,949,000, which means the vehicle has witnessed an increase in price of Rs. 580,000 by Honda Atlas.

The company has also revised price for its newly launched Honda HR-V in Pakistan, which is mentioned in the table below:

According to Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (HACPL), the new Honda Car Prices in Pakistan will be applicable on all new orders from March 14 and and onward on following conditions:

• Clear Back Order with EDD till March 2023 as on 13th March 2023 will be invoiced on Current Price + Revised Sales Tax 25%.
• All unclear Back Order as on 13th March 2023 will be invoiced on New Price.
• Civic Oriel Orders, clear till 21st January 2023 will maintain existing applied price in System + Revised Sales Tax 25%.
• Civic Oriel Orders, shifted to other variants (as per previous options given) with clear payments, will maintain existing applied price in System + Revised Sales Tax 25%.
• The above prices are provisional and the price applicable at the time of delivery will be final.
• Any additional government taxes at the time of delivery will be borne by the customer.
• Orders booked by customers are governed by the terms and conditions of provisional booking contract signed by the customers.
• Committed Delivery time may delay due to current uncertain import situation.
